With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, Daniel has worked for some of the world’s top country clubs and hotel chains. Before founding Elevate, Daniel served as the CFO for Jupiter Island Club, one of the nation’s premier country clubs. His background includes completion of the Ritz-Carlton and Disney Management Training Programs, as well as holding a license as a community association manager (LCAM).
An accomplished speaker, Daniel has presented globally on topics such as leadership, team building, public speaking, financial management, and ethics. He served as Hospitality Finance and Technology Professionals (HFTP) Global President from 2014 to 2015 and was honored with the prestigious Paragon Award in 2022 for his outstanding contributions to the industry.
Jonathon Goodman, CPA, CHAE

With over 30 years of private club experience, Jonathon has worked for some of the world’s most prestigious clubs including Frenchman’s Creek Golf and Yacht Club and Lost Tree Club. Prior to his private club experience, Jonathon served as an auditor for RSMUS in the private club sector. He recently served on the Global Board of Directors for the Hospitality Finance and Technology Professionals (HFTP) Association. Jonathon is a frequent speaker at industry events on the topics of emerging club technology, financial statement automation, use of AI in clubs, and use of KPIs in the club industry.
